- Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator, with solid knowledge in team management and operational processes.
- Desirable experience with Social Media for a complete approach to operations.
- Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators, with ability to analyze and optimize results.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
- Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
- Advanced or fluent English.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead operational teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of services provided.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and achieve goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other areas to ensure integration and alignment of operations.
- Keep up to date with best management practices and market trends.
