Requirements:
Proven experience as a Training Instructor, Multiplier, preferably in a Call Center environment.
Mastery of Operational Indicators and familiarity with teaching and training methodologies, knowledge of Analysis tools.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
Advanced or fluent English.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills.
Evaluate employee performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with team leaders to understand training and development needs.
Stay up to date on best training practices and educational methodologies.
