Requirements

Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor, preferably in a Call Center environment.
Experience with Social Media preferred for an integrated approach to customer service.
Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators, with the ability to analyze and optimize results.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
Advanced or fluent English.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate service teams to ensure excellence in the service provided.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Provide support and guidance to employees, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Collaborate with other areas to implement integrated service strategies.
Stay up to date on leading best practices and trends in the customer service industry.
